Dunkin’ Donuts plat receives Sanitary Commission’s OK

PRINCESS ANNE — A Dunkin’ Donuts franchise in Princess Anne received another thumbs up after its plat was unanimously approved last Thursday by the Somerset County Sanitary Commission.

The store with its drive-thru will be located in front of Princess Anne Village in an outlot on the southwest corner of the property.

 The project received preliminary site plan approval in January from the Princess Anne Planning and Zoning Commission, and the developer for Franchise Management Services Inc. is expected to be back before that board in the coming weeks to receive final approval.
